Weekend Retreats at the
3 Day retreats (all retreats except May and retreats in Ballyvaloo Retreat Centre, see below) are on a sliding scale from €245 - €180 (note €140 of this cost is for the Boghill fee for accomodation and meals).
Bealtaine 4 Day retreat is on a sliding scale from €350 - €245 (note €180 of this cost is for the Boghill fee for accomodation and meals).
Workshops run from 7.30pm on Friday night until 5.30pm on Sunday, apart from Bealtaine (May) which runs until 5.30om on Monday.
Prices include all meals, use of all facilities, dormitory accommodation
and all workshop facilitation.
Some single and twin rooms are available at €12.00 a night extra.
The concession prices are available for unwaged and students and are offered in return for
a little help setting up before and tidying up after the workshop.

Tribal Spirit Weekend Workshops are aimed at adults, but older teens (15+) are welcome with an adult guardian. All Tribal Spirit workshops are drug, alcohol, and mobile phone free zones.

Ballyvaloo Retreat and Conference Centre, Blackwater, County Wexford.
Tribal Spirit Drum and Song Spring Equinox Retreat
starts 2pm Sat 16th March and runs to 5pm Bank Holiday Monday 18th March.
The Ballyvaloo Centre is very mobility friendly, is only 300 yards from a beautiful beach
and has fine views of the sea.
All accomodation is very high quality single rooms, all with ensuite facilities.
€300 / Concession €260 includes all workshop events, all meals and accomodation.

Note: the Brigit, Spring Equinox and Autumn Equinox weekends are special beginner friendly workshops open to absolute beginners and experienced players as well. No previous experience of making music is needed. Starting at the very beginning, exploring the drum and playing music together, we will wander playfully and deeply into a journey of very powerful and beautiful music.
Bealtaine, Samhain, and Yule are all aimed at those who have been to at least one of the regular Tribal Spirit classes or day workshops led by John Bowker.
