Info and Guidelines for Tribal Spirit Workshops and Retreats

Please avoid late arrival or leaving early. Do Bring: percussion toys and drums, warm clothes and cosy blankets for any camp fire sessions. Leave behind: alcohol and other drugs. Health: workshops can be a bit too noisy and lively for pregnant women. Age range: at present we have no resources for children, workshops are aimed at adults, but younger teens have come with a parent of guardian and this has worked very well. Concessions are for anyone with less access to money, and even cheaper concessions can be arranged for exchange with a little help with the workshops.
